Hermaion Wealth Private Limited (“Hermaion Wealth”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). For the information you enter, we act as the Data Fiduciary.

What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number when you contact us or sign up for a service;
• Information you provide to assess your risk profile and goals — such as age band, income and expense ranges, savings and investment amounts by category, loans, insurance cover, and your financial goals;
• Basic technical information (such as your browser type) when you visit this website.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, your PAN, Aadhaar, bank account, card details, passwords or OTPs through this website or our forms. We don’t need them to help you.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to:

• Respond to your enquiries;
• Assess your risk profile and help you invest in mutual funds around your goals;
• Provide the services you have requested and meet our regulatory obligations as an AMFI-registered distributor.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone outside Hermaion Wealth except where required to provide a service you asked for (for example, processing an investment through the relevant Asset Management Company or registrar) or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by applicable law and our regulatory obligations, and then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you may ask us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct or update it;
• Erase it;
• Withdraw a consent you have given.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
